Orders & Shipping
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also view your order status in your account under Order History.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and cash on delivery for orders within the UAE.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, please contact our support team and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Our AI Stylist analyzes your style preferences, browsing history, and stated goals to recommend pieces that match your personal aesthetic. The more you interact, the better it understands your taste.
What is Style Match?
Style Match lets you upload a photo of an outfit or item you like, and our AI finds similar pieces in our collection. It works with screenshots, magazine photos, or your own wardrobe shots.
Is my style data private?
Absolutely. Your style profile and interaction data are used solely to improve your personal recommendations. We never share individual data with third parties.

Do I need an account to shop?
You can browse freely without an account. An account is needed to make purchases, save items to your wishlist, and access personalized AI recommendations.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email. You will receive a link to create a new password.
